ALL TRUE MEN 

    Members of All True Men chapters will strive at all times to be men of character who seek the truth in all undertakings and are committed to justice in their treatment of others.  Further, all chapter members will strive to recognize the pure essence of what is right over what is expedient, and they will demonstrate the ability to unite men in acknowledgement of our responsibilities to ourselves, to each other and to the fraternity.

    This is a lifetime quest for all true men.

By attaining the All True Men’s status, Theta Xi Fraternity upholds the following attributes:

• Complete dedication to academic excellence; maintaining an average chapter GPA of .2 above the campus all-men’s average and hosting annual academic success workshops for chapter members.

• Mandatory standards that 50% of Chapter Members participate in a form of leadership around the community.

• Commitment to providing and encouraging leadership opportunities for chapter members.

• Modeling fiscal responsibility and integrity in the business world.

• Upholding a strong understanding of personal health issues and stress management.

• Chapters must organize and maintain a Parent’s Club, which allows for the parents to take an active roll in the formation of a home environment within the chapter.  Activities and events will be scheduled throughout the year for the parents.
